Associate Veterinarian

VCA Hamilton Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team. You will be part of a supportive environment with state-of-the-art technology and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Treat cats and dogs
• Perform hands-free radiology, cautery, and dental radiographs
• Provide fear-free care when possible
• Work in a AAHA accredited facility
• Mentor students and new graduates
• Collaborate with a dedicated team
• Develop strong client and associate relationships

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
• Licensure in good standing to practice in NY, or the ability to obtain licensure
• A commitment to high standards of medicine and ethical practice

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $130k - $140k, dependent on experience. Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials.

Schedule

Full-time schedule with hours of operation currently Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
