Responsibilities
- Work in a large facility with a dedicated surgery suite and seven exam rooms
- Participate in hands-free radiology safety standards
- Be Fear-Free Certified
- Work with three Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) team members with over 60 years of combined experience
- Use in-house laboratory, laparoscopic & electro surgery equipment
- Experience working with exotics (if interested but not required)
- Work a full-time schedule available with 4-10 hour shifts that includes 1 surgery shift and 3 GP shifts
- Cases include small animals; dogs and cats
- Partner with local pet stores to see their exotic patients
- Mixture of case loads in general practice
Requirements
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
Licensure in good standing to practice in Oregon state, or the ability to obtain
