Associate Veterinarian

About the role

Robinson Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our dedicated team. This position offers a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $135,000–$165,000, annual bonus, and production incentives. Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate, high-quality veterinary care to a diverse patient population. - Participate in daily rounds and collaborate with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each pet. - Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to hospital policies and procedures. - Stay current with evolving veterinary practices through ongoing professional development.

Requirements

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution. - Valid Illinois license to practice veterinary medicine. - At least two years of clinical experience in a veterinary setting preferred.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and staff. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Passion for animal welfare and a commitment to excellence in veterinary care.

- Proficiency in common diagnostic and therapeutic techniques. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Effective leadership and mentoring skills.

Pay

Schedule

- Daytime appointments only (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). - One-hour lunch break included. - No weekends or major holidays.
