Associate Veterinarian

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our established small‑animal general practice in the Katy, Texas area. This position offers the chance to build lasting client relationships, provide high‑quality medical care, and work alongside a dedicated support team in a positive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for dogs and cats
• Perform wellness exams and preventative care services
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries
• Develop treatment plans and communicate recommendations to clients
• Perform routine surgical and dental procedures
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
• Active Texas veterinary license, or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and client‑education skills
• Commitment to high‑quality medicine and patient care
• Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude
