Associate Veterinarian

About the role

As a Companion Pet Partner, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and companionship to individuals in need. This role requires exceptional empathy, patience, and a calming presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
• Facilitate social activities and outings for clients.
• Assist with daily living tasks as needed.
• Ensure client safety and security at all times.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with people who have disabilities or mental health conditions.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid first aid and CPR certification.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 4 hours long, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend work. Exact hours are determined based on client needs and availability.
