The clinic supports a doctor-to-staff ratio of 1:2 and has a balanced caseload between wellness, sick, and surgical cases. The team culture is collaborative and welcoming to new graduates.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
• Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and client-education skills
