Associate Veterinarian
About Our Clinic
Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital is preparing for a carefully planned reopening with new leadership and a rebuilt team. This offers associate veterinarians a rare chance to join a practice from the beginning, rather than inheriting a full caseload or outdated systems. As an associate, you’ll be part of a clinic that is:
- Intentionally staffed before reopening
- A walk-in only clinic
- Supported by strong technician coverage
Total Rewards & How We Invest In You
We believe great doctors deserve great rewards. Base salary range: $120,000–$140,000 annually, with production and additional incentives, plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus for the right Associate DVM who is excited to help build the clinic’s next chapter.
What Makes Us Different
Robust support: Skilled techs, dedicated CSRs, and strong leadership presence. We believe thriving teams build thriving communities. You’ll have the tools, resources, and opportunities to grow your career.
