Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital is preparing for a carefully planned reopening with new leadership and a rebuilt team. This offers associate veterinarians a rare chance to join a practice from the beginning, rather than inheriting a full caseload or outdated systems. As an associate, you’ll be part of a clinic that is intentionally staffed before reopening, a walk‑in only clinic, and supported by strong technician coverage. Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
• Compassionate, client‑centered approach to care
• Strong communication and client‑education skills

Pay

• Base salary range: $120,000–$140,000 per year
• Production bonus
• $30,000 sign‑on bonus
• DVM Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program – earn annual bonuses based on production
