About the Role
The Ozark Veterinary Clinic is a predominantly small animal, multi-doctor hospital in the heart of the Ozarks. We are located in Ozark, Missouri, just minutes from Springfield, Missouri, and about 30 minutes from Branson, Missouri. We are looking for an energetic, dedicated, passionate veterinarian to complete our team.
Ozark Veterinary Clinic is a long-standing, successful business offering both associate veterinarian positions and preceptorship/internship opportunities for fourth-year veterinary students.
About the Clinic
Our hospital features:
- Six exam rooms
- A two-table surgery suite
- Isoflurane anesthesia
- Digital radiography
- Ultrasound
- Full in-house lab
- CO2 surgical laser
- Therapy laser
- A large animal barn equipped with horse stocks and cattle working pens with a hydrolytic chute
We see a wide variety of medical and surgical cases and maintain approximately 3 support staff per veterinarian.
Responsibilities
- Provide veterinary care for small and large animals
- Perform medical and surgical procedures
- Collaborate with a multi-doctor team
Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree
- New graduates welcome; mentorship provided
- Energy, dedication, and passion for veterinary medicine
