We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: About Us (but we should not repeat job title; we can include About Us as a section? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "e.g." but we can use other headings if appropriate? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings only. But we have content like "About Us" which is not in list; maybe we should not create a heading for it, but we could incorporate into a

under maybe "About the role"? However they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. They didn't forbid other headings like About Us, but they gave examples. Safer to follow examples: use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. We have: - About Us: description of company. Could go under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the position, not company. But we could treat "About Us" as "About the role"? Might be okay. However they said "About the role" as example; we could use that heading for the introductory paragraph about the role and company. The posting includes "Position Purpose" and "About Us". We could combine into About the role. - Principal Duties & Responsibilities -> Responsibilities. - Education & Experience Requirement -> Requirements or Qualifications? They have Education & Experience Requires a bachelor's degree; preferred in insurance, risk management, finance, accounting or business 0-3 years of related work experience. That's qualifications. Could be under "Qualifications". Also "Knowledge, Skills, & Competencies" -> Skills. - Compensation Overview -> Pay. - Total Rewards -> Benefits. - Personal & Professional Growth -> maybe also Benefits? Could be under Benefits as part of total rewards. - Diversity & Inclusion -> maybe also Benefits? Could be under Benefits or separate? Not in list; maybe we can omit or fold into Benefits? But they said only include sections when posting has real specific content. Diversity & Inclusion is specific content; but not in example headings. Could we create a heading "Diversity & Inclusion"? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. Safer to stick to those. Could we place Diversity & Inclusion under Benefits? Not really. Could we omit? Might lose info. But maybe we can include as a

under Benefits or under About the role? Might be okay. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep Diversity & Inclusion info somewhere. Could create a section with heading "Diversity & Inclusion" using

. The instruction didn't explicitly forbid other headings; it just gave examples. I think it's okay to add other headings if needed, as long as we follow

. But they said "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." This could be interpreted as you should use those headings when applicable, but you can also use others if needed. However they also said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid many thin sections. Diversity & Inclusion could be combined with Benefits maybe as part of total rewards? But it's separate topic. We could create a section "Benefits" that includes Total Rewards and Diversity & Inclusion (since both are about company offerings). That would be a few substantive sections. Thus sections: - About the role (combining About Us and Position Purpose) - Responsibilities (Principal Duties & Responsibilities) - Qualifications (Education & Experience Requirement) - Skills (Knowledge, Skills, & Competencies) - Pay (Compensation Overview) - Benefits (Total Rewards + Diversity & Inclusion + Personal & Professional Growth maybe) We could also include Schedule? Not present, so omit. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities, we have a list of duties (sentences separated by periods). We'll turn each duty into
  • . For Qualifications, we have education and experience; could be list? It's not a list but we can still use

. For Skills, we have bullet-like sentences; we can make list. For Benefits, we have many items: Financial Incentives, Work & Life, Health & Wellness, Personal & Professional Growth, Diversity & Inclusion. We'll make subheadings? Not allowed? We could just list items as

  • under Benefits. But we need to preserve structure; maybe we can keep headings inside Benefits using

    ? Not allowed? Only

    for section headings. Could use

for subheadings. But we can keep as

with bold? Not allowed to add extra markup? We can use inside

. Probably okay. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's extract content precisely. About Us paragraph: "We’re not like other insurance companies.
