About the role

Join the Amwins Access team in Franklin, TN as an Associate Underwriter. This is a full‑time, in‑office position located in our Franklin, TN office.

Responsibilities

• Review submission information required to issue new or renewal quotes.
• Rate and prepare new or renewal quotes as directed by the Underwriter.
• Review and handle inspection recommendations and discrepancies.
• Monitor various reports for consistency.
• Potentially issue policies and process endorsements, including audits.
• Assist in accounting procedures such as invoicing.
• Enter data into multiple internet‑based systems.

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn and grow as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including typing and Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
• Prior insurance experience is not required but is a plus.

Pay

• Salary commensurate with experience.
