About the role

The Associate Trade Sales Consultant role is designed to prepare you for a future position as an outside Trade Sales Consultant through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process in the showroom and in the field
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
• Affiliate with quoting, blueprint reading, and customer follow-up
• Develop expertise in Pella products and the competitive landscape
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Participate in sales training, local events, and industry opportunities
