About the role
Responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving pavement infrastructure in accordance with industry standards and client needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pavement maintenance plans
- Conduct site inspections to assess pavement conditions
- Coordinate with contractors for pavement repair and replacement projects
- Prepare and present project reports to clients
- Stay updated with the latest pavement engineering technologies and techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pavement engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of pavement materials and construction methods
- Experience with pavement design software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
