Associate to Principal-level Pavement Engineer

About the role

Responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving pavement infrastructure in accordance with industry standards and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pavement maintenance plans
• Conduct site inspections to assess pavement conditions
• Coordinate with contractors for pavement repair and replacement projects
• Prepare and present project reports to clients
• Stay updated with the latest pavement engineering technologies and techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pavement engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pavement materials and construction methods
• Experience with pavement design software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
