Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy for teens and their families
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments (with support and independently over time)
- Collaborate with the clinical team during weekly treatment meetings
- Participate in weekly training track supervision to deepen your understanding of acute care
- Partner with Residential Counselors to reinforce effective behavioral interventions
- Co-facilitate—and eventually lead—DBT skills groups
- Complete treatment plans, weekly reviews, and all required clinical documentation
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- Active California BBS associate number (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC)
- California DL and willingness to travel between Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Agoura Hills, and Calabasas locations
Schedule And Compensation
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (full-time, onsite)
- Pay: $33–34/hour
