Responsibilities
- Provide therapy with adult individuals and couples
- Pursue a specialization in perinatal mental health
- Offer psychotherapy services using a psychodynamic orientation
- Build and maintain a caseload of at least 15 weekly clients
- Conduct in-person and telehealth sessions
- Work at least one evening a week from 5 pm – 8 pm and/or one weekend day for at least 4 hours
- Work at least one day in person at the Hermosa Beach office
- Commit to working with the practice for at least 18 months
- Network and market to grow your own caseload
- Maintain all legal, ethical, and administrative responsibilities

Requirements
- Completed training in EMDR, EFT/Gottman, Perinatal Mental Health, and/or a child or parenting therapy modality
Qualifications
- Experience providing therapy with adult individuals and couples
- Passionate about supporting hopeful, expectant, and new parents
- Interested in pursuing a specialization in perinatal mental health
- Experience providing psychotherapy services using a psychodynamic orientation

Pay
- Hourly rate with potential for raises based on caseload, performance, additional experience/training received, and time at practice
