Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality care to kids and teens up to age 18, including diagnostic evaluations and ongoing therapy using evidence based interventions and measurement based care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in peer consultation, and engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Contribute to community engagement and outreach opportunities that connect Brightline to the families who need us.

Requirements

  • Availability during Brightline's peak hours, 2pm to 7pm.
  • A Master's degree and active associate level licensure (LMSW), with progress toward the 3,000 supervised hours required for full independent licensure.
  • Completion of the National Examinations (ASWB).
  • Foundation in CBT and related interventions to support common youth needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, and other similar presentations.
  • A commitment to expanding CBT knowledge and experience alongside other therapies including ERP, DBT, PMT, and ACT.
