About the role
Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, and credentialing — so you can focus on care.
Why clinicians work with us
- Complete flexibility: You set your own hours and availability, decide which referrals to take, and build the caseload that works for you.
- Administrative support: We handle insurance, billing, and credentialing, and clients book into the availability you set.
- Robust referral network: Build a diverse caseload through our connections with insurers, universities, and community providers.
- Supervision support: We'll help match you with an independently licensed supervisor in our practice, at no cost to you, so you can keep accruing hours toward full licensure.
- Remote practice model: Enjoy the independence of private practice with the backing of a group — from wherever you work.
- Paid per session: You're paid for the clinical work you deliver, at a competitive rate.
- Meaningful work: Make a real difference for Medicaid members and help close gaps in access to care.
