About the role
New U Therapy Center & Family Services is a well-established multidisciplinary mental health practice located in Valencia. We are passionate about providing high-quality care to our local community and are seeking dedicated and motivated Associate Psychotherapists to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Typically assigned 30 patient sessions per week but must maintain a minimum caseload of 25 patient sessions per week
- Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes
- Diligently track clients’ progress and serve as an accountability partner
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner
- Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team
Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
- ACSW, AMFT, APCC completion of at least 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure
- Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A desire to grow within a group private practice and remain with us after licensure
- No history of receiving services from New U Therapy Center & Family Services
- No immediate family member currently receiving services from New U Therapy Center & Family Services

Pay
- Up to $40-$44 per clinical hour
