Associate Territory Manager - Fort Worth - Austin / Central Texas
About the role
This role is an entry point into medical device sales for a proven, high-energy B2B sales professional ready to build a career in healthcare. This is a pure hunter role.
Responsibilities
- Possess a track record of winning in a professional, metrics-driven sales environment and the drive to outwork the competition.
- Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
- Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
- Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
- Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
- Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
- Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
Preferred
- Experience at companies known for world-class sales training and development — such as ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox, or similar.
- Hunter mentality: comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers, and long sales cycles.
- Coachable, competitive, and accountable — you own your numbers and own your results.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and the professional presence to earn credibility with physicians.
Skills
- Disciplined prospecting.
- High call volume.
- Strong clinical messaging (training provided).
- Persistence to turn a first conversation into a prescribing relationship.

Pay
The potential base pay range for this role is $55,000-60,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
Schedule
Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
