Associate Technical Consultant

About the role

TechnoMile is hiring an Associate Technical Consultant to join their growing team in Tysons Corner. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a technical background looking to launch a consulting career.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to configure and customize Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 alongside senior consultants and developers.
• Help gather and document client requirements, business processes, and system specifications.
• Support Salesforce and Dynamics users—answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and act as a friendly point of contact.
• Aid in moving configurations and code between CRM environments.
• Help with data migration tasks—preparing, cleaning, and loading client data into Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
• Stay current with TechnoMile, Salesforce, and Dynamics 365 platform updates.
• Participate in Agile team activities: sprint planning, testing, and project launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Foundational programming knowledge in at least one language (Java/Python, .Net, JavaScript, or similar).
• Fundamental understanding of Python.
• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Fluent in vibe coding—using AI assistants like Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to build and iterate at speed.
• Strong willingness and ability to learn new technical platforms quickly.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Internship or project experience involving software, CRM, or consulting.
• Trailhead badges or Microsoft Learn coursework.
• Familiarity with Git or version control.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum.
• Interest in the Government Contracting industry.
