About the role

The Associate Teacher will provide a safe, healthy, educational, and supervised environment for children 3-5 years of age (e.g., indoor classroom, outdoor play area).

Responsibilities

• Encourages parent engagement in all aspects of the program.
• Promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.
• Develops individual goals for children, provides ongoing assessments on children’s progress, and facilitates transitions to kindergarten.
• Maintains compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
