Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have meaningful previous transaction experience and the ability to captain deal execution processes. Associates will develop deliverables and work side-by-side with others on the deal team to create pitch materials, formulate business valuations, and prepare marketing materials. BCA operates with lean teams and Associates must be able to manage processes from pitch to close. BCA has a robust pipeline of prospective and active engagements and is seeking a candidate that can make an immediate impact.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution, required; focus in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, preferred
  • Master of Business Administration, preferred
  • Experience Three (3) or more years of relevant investment banking, private equity or related financial services experience, preferred
  • FINRA Series 79 and 63, preferred
  • Software Proficient in of Microsoft Office Suite and research tools such as S&P CapitalIQ, FactSet, Bloomberg, and Intralinks, preferred
