Qualifications
- 7-8 years of relevant law firm experience focused on historic tax credits and new markets tax credits
- Ability to handle all facets of a tax credit transaction from leading or assisting on initial structuring to reviewing financial projections and negotiating business and legal issues
- Work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various tax equity and loan documents and opinions and conducting necessary due diligence, as well as overall project management
Requirements
- A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school

Pay
The expected annual salary range for this position is $260,000 - $280,000.
