The Associate Tape Producer, MS NOW The Beat is responsible for overseeing the production and distribution of audio content for MS NOW The Beat, a podcast series produced by Microsoft.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recording and editing of audio content for MS NOW The Beat
• Manage the post-production process including mixing, mastering, and final delivery
• Collaborate with the show’s host and other team members to ensure high-quality audio content
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and technical standards for audio production

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Communications, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in audio production and post-production
• Strong knowledge of audio editing software such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Adobe Audition
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with podcast hosts and teams
• Understanding of podcast industry trends and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
