Associate Systems Analyst
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for applications used by IT and Corporate Services groups.
- Assist with support across a wide variety of applications and technologies.
- Conduct system design and business information flow studies.
- Recommend appropriate computer platforms, workstations, security devices, and communication protocols to support business processes.
- Develop technical specifications, system use cases, and wireframes.
- Conduct unit, system, and integration testing.
- Support applications and infrastructure in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Work on multi-platform server environments and multi-project assignments.
- Maintain and manage defects list, remediation, and testing.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in developing conceptual and detailed designs for application software, technical analysis/documentation, development of use cases/scenarios, application change management, and application testing.
- Experience with Windows/IIS Servers, Citrix, WebLogic, Oracle and SQL Server databases, MS Access, RedHat Linux, FTP/SFTP, XML, HTML, Web services, Distributed Computing, and Active Directory.
- Experience in supporting batch data loads and application interfaces.
- Experience in installing and upgrading vendor products in Linux and Windows environments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements
