Associate, Support Operations
This role provides onsite customer support for a geographically dispersed enterprise workforce.
Responsibilities
- Provide technology support operations including end user support, IT incident management, change management, problem management, knowledge management, endpoint management, and business controls
- Resolve internal users' technical issues with a focus on laptop support (Windows PCs, Macs, and mobile devices)
- Deliver excellent customer service and make quick decisions to improve the end user experience
- Drive operational efficiencies through execution, accountability, and results
- Collaborate with peers and effectively manage up
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of technical operations experience
- At least 1 year of experience with IT systems and infrastructure
- At least 1 year of experience with desktop platforms and operating systems
- At least 1 year of experience with incident management and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
- 1+ year of experience defining, implementing, and leveraging process (change, incident, problem) management functions
- ITIL Certification
- 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow

Pay
The annual full-time salary range for this role is:
- McLean, VA: $81,700 - $93,300 (Associate, Support Operations)
Candidates hired in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on agreed-upon hours. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
