About the role
As our Associate Supervisor, you will manage your own local installation operations in Miramar, FL. You will lead a team on construction sites with multiple subcontractors, implement and monitor safety guidelines, provide learning opportunities for your team, manage schedules, track performance, and collaborate across the organization to achieve business goals. You will bring construction expertise, supervisory experience (ideally with a union-represented workforce), and knowledge of code requirements and building systems to guide your team. An associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

- Lead and supervise installation operations on construction sites.
- Manage a team, including union-represented workers, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols as a top priority.
- Provide learning and development opportunities for team members.
- Effectively manage schedules and track team performance.
- Collaborate with general contractors and all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
- Apply knowledge of code requirements and building systems to guide the team.
- Leverage new technologies to improve operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant construction expertise.
- Supervisory experience, preferably leading a union-represented workforce.
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
- Familiarity with construction sites, general contractors, and resource management.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and innovation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Pay
The hiring range for this role is $87,300.00 – $114,555.00. The compensation package will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet role requirements, business needs, and factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
