About the Opportunity

The Associate, Strategic Finance plays a crucial role in supporting financial planning, analytics, and business insights across corporate, operations, and technology divisions. This position partners with finance leaders and business units to enhance visibility into spending, projections, and strategic decision-making, contributing to the organization's financial performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven recommendations for senior executives to inform pricing decisions impacting growth and profitability
• Build models and tools to generate business insights, including competitive intelligence and scenario analysis
• Collaborate with actuarial, regional, plan design, and sales teams to shape market portfolio strategies
• Analyze profitability tradeoffs, market trends, and membership data to support strategic decisions
• Manage data sourcing and analysis for strategic programs
• Monitor key metrics and ACA-related trends to guide leadership tactics during selling seasons
• Report membership analytics to leadership to assess business health
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of finance experience in healthcare, consulting, insurance, or financial services
• At least 2 years of experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office products
• At least 2 years collaborating with C-level executives
• Preferred qualifications: MBA in Finance or MS in Financial Analysis, Experience in managed care, healthcare, or insurance sectors, Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery for large dataset analysis, Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive planning tools

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Base salary range: $96,876 - $127,149 per year
Eligibility for employee benefits, participation in unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses
