About the Role
A Store Display Associate will assist individually or as part of a team with operations tasks delegated by the Store Display Lead. Responsibilities include opening new stores, renovating existing stores, completing special projects, and assisting store operators. This role requires extensive travel to project sites to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. A successful candidate is passionate about collaboration with cross-functional teams and can adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in multiple renovation, new store, relocation, expansion, and other types of projects.
- Ensure project and store activities are completed to company standards in a timely manner, including:
- Merchandising and product placement
- Unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transferring it from stockroom to store
- Building and tearing down fixtures
- Setting schematics, zoneograms, and other merchandise templates
- Cleaning and customer service
- Completing other tasks as assigned by a supervisor
- Assist with day-to-day store activities related to the store project as directed by the Store Display Coordinator/Lead.
- Complete all required project tasks in a timely manner according to company standards.
- Ensure success of daily on-site operations by communicating with the Store Display Coordinator/Lead and other team members.
- Meet and exceed project standards by partnering and collaborating with store operations and Store Development management.
- Support other Store Display Associates, Coordinators, and Leads as business needs dictate.
- Maintain a safe working environment at job sites.
- Implement new procedures, best practices, tools, and efficiencies for all projects.
- Follow all Company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time to specific project locations, including overnight travel.
- Work projects typically run on 10 consecutive day schedules; expect to work up to 10 consecutive days per project unless state-specific rest periods apply.
- Must be able to travel via driving and flying.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Must be able to work non-traditional hours.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to climb, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.

- Must be able to operate small power tools.
Requirements
- Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years of related work experience, preferably within the retail industry. Prefer full-time or part-time retail store management experience.
Pay
Starting pay range: $20.00–$21.00 per hour.
