Associate Sterile Pack Operator - 2nd shift

Job Summary

As an Associate Sterile Pack Operator, you will perform a variety of functions in a clean room environment, including assembly, kit production, testing, packaging products, and shipping preparation. Use manual, automatic or semi-automatic machines during the production of the company's products.

Essential Functions

  • Follows router protocol to ensure product moves through channels efficiently
  • Performs microbial sampling per established procedures
  • Works from quality review and corrective work documents to repair or re-work parts
  • Works from drawings, sketches, and work instructions to plan and take action accordingly
  • Aids with cleaning parts to ensure quality specifications are met
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail oriented, with ability to problem solve and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13500
  • Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience
  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands

  • Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Required to possess specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus
