About the role
The Warmflash Lab is seeking a highly motivated Associate Staff Scientist to contribute to research on human endometrial biology, with a focus on understanding the mechanisms of endometrial regeneration and repair. Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments using human stem cell-derived organoids and other in vitro models of the endometrium.

- Develop and optimize protocols for endometrial organoid culture, differentiation, and functional assays.
- Collaborate with computational biologists to analyze large-scale genomic and transcriptomic datasets.
- Present findings at lab meetings, departmental seminars, and scientific conferences.
- Assist in writing manuscripts, grant proposals, and progress reports.
- Maintain detailed laboratory records and ensure compliance with institutional biosafety and ethical guidelines.
- Train and supervise junior lab members (students, technicians) in experimental techniques and data analysis.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Strong background in stem cell biology, organoid culture, or reproductive biology.
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques (e.g., cloning, qPCR, Western blot, immunofluorescence, flow cytometry).
- Experience with CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing, next-generation sequencing, or single-cell analysis is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with bioinformatics tools (e.g., R, Python, or Unix-based analysis) is a plus.
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications in relevant fields.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
