Associate/Sr. Associate - JIRA Product Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager – Jira to support delivery operations and Jira platform enablement within the Data Analytics & Technology Solutions (DATS) department. This role will focus on executing and maintaining Jira configurations, supporting Agile delivery processes, and assisting in the continuous improvement of DATS's delivery operating model.

Essential Job Functions

• Support Jira configuration and maintenance, including workflows, boards, fields, and basic automation rules
• Assist in implementing standardized delivery processes across DATS teams (Agile, Kanban, hybrid models)
• Partner with project managers and team leads to ensure accurate project setup, tracking, and reporting in Jira
• Monitor data quality, ensuring issues, statuses, and workflows are consistently maintained across projects
• Support creation and maintenance of documentation, user guides, and training materials for Jira processes
• Cook up with stakeholders to facilitate task tracking, dependencies, and handoffs across teams
• Aid in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports (e.g., Jira reporting, Power BI) to support delivery visibility
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of enhancements to workflows and automation
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Jira users across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related discipline)
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or Agile delivery environments
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Jira, including basic configuration and reporting
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management fundamentals
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Effective communication skills, with ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or reporting tools (Power BI exposure preferred)
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a PMO or delivery operations function
• Exposure to Jira administration concepts (permissions, schemes, automation)
• Basic understanding of data analytics or reporting frameworks

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI

Benefits

The salary range is $100,000 - $120,000. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors such as location, education, skill, and experience. The salary range does not include any benefits or other forms of possible compensation that may be available to employees.
