We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Keep substantive info. Let's parse the posting. Job Title: Associate Specialty Underwriter (2 openings) – not a heading. Location: Chappaqua, NY (4 days in the office 1 day WFH) – could be part of About the role? Might be included in a short paragraph. Reports To: Specialty Underwriting Manager – maybe part of About the role. Employment Type: Full time – maybe part of About the role. We need sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract content. About the role: Should include role overview, maybe description of division, first 30/60/90 days etc. The posting includes "Role Overview Once you join our TMHCC Specialty Group’s Crisis Management division..." and then bullet-like paragraphs about first 30 days etc. Also location, reports to, employment type maybe. Responsibilities: The "Key Responsibilities" bullet list. Requirements: Might be "What You Bring" includes entry level, internship preferred, bachelor's degree, office environment work experience, etc. Could be considered Requirements. Qualifications: Might be overlapping with Requirements; but we need to decide. The posting includes "What You Bring" which lists education, experience, skills. Could split into Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (proficiency, communication, organizational, analytical, data entry, teamwork). Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? But we need to follow instruction: use sections only when posting has real specific content. We can include both Requirements and Qualifications if distinct. However the posting lumps education, experience, etc. Could treat "What You Bring" as Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (proficiency, communication, organizational, analytical, data entry, teamwork). Qualifications maybe not needed. Benefits: "What We Offer" list includes competitive salary, comprehensive benefit package, learning culture, growth opportunities, medical/vision/dental, basic life/disability, 401(k) match, PTO, floating holidays, paid holidays, volunteer time off, paid parental leave, wellness program, student loan matching, employee discount, meaningful work. Pay: "Pay Transparency" includes pay range $30.58 - $38.22. Schedule: Location includes "4 days in the office 1 day WFH". That's schedule info. Also maybe travel expectations up to 20% travel. Could be schedule? Travel is separate but we could include schedule section for work schedule (office/remote). The instruction: include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does state location with hybrid schedule. So we can include Schedule. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, disclaimer, etc. Remove those. We must not include application instructions (like "please apply WITH A COVER LETTER"). We must not include duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's craft sections. About the role: paragraph summarizing role overview, location, reports to, employment type, maybe mission. We'll include:

We must not include any boilerplate like EEO, disclaimer, etc. Ensure we didn't inadvertently include any. Check for any leftover like "Help us insure it Tokio Marine HCC is a global industry-leading..." That's part of About the role maybe we omitted. Should we include that description? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. The "Help us insure it Tokio Marine HCC..." is a description of the company. It's substantive. Should we include it somewhere, maybe in About the role or a separate section like "About the company". But we only have predefined headings; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. It's okay to include that description there. We didn't include that description. Let's add a sentence about Tokio Marine HCC being a global industry-leading specialty insurance group, backed by Tokio Marine Group, offering over 100 classes of specialty insurance, "Mind Over Risk" philosophy, etc. Add to About the role paragraph after role overview. Let's rewrite About the role paragraph to include that. About the role: include company description, role overview, location, schedule, reporting. We'll produce:
