Key Responsibilities
- Support compound acquisition, registration, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management.
- Process and manage compound requests for internal and external customers.
- Maintain and update compound databases and workflow systems.
- Track orders and ensure timely fulfillment of compound requests.
- Collaborate with chemists, scientists, and cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain operational metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives involving new processes, systems, and applications.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
- BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industry experience.
- Experience with compound registration, inventory management, or sample management preferred.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D processes strongly preferred.
- Experience with scientific databases, data entry, queries, and record management.
- Ability to review compound structures and identify data inconsistencies is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
- Experience with KNIME or workflow automation tools is a plus.
