Responsibilities
- Host remote kick-off meetings with clients to determine business objectives for project implementations.
- Create configuration notes documentation and review with experienced Implementation personnel for accuracy and product limitations before sending to clients.
- Complete setup of the client’s software, verifying answers to questions with experienced Implementation personnel.
- Work with the Analyst team to learn how to configure ongoing system requests per project.
- Configure interfaces to integrate with existing HR, payroll, or accounting systems.
- Test interfaces to confirm integration completion.
- Tailor formal training to meet customer specifications in collaboration with the Analyst team.
- Provide new client training (administrator, operator, supervisor, and employee) on Insperity Business Performance Solutions software.
- Document and review open issues from training with pertinent personnel and update configurations as necessary.
- Update configuration notes with any changes made.
- Work with clients on system optimization through project closing.
- Coordinate timing of project deadlines with team members and mentors.
- Improve customer experience and satisfaction to increase customer reference-ability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Experience in system integration, HR, Accounting, or the computer industry is preferred.
- Technical support or training experience is preferred.
- Solid interpersonal skills to interface with coworkers and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
- Experience communicating technical and project information in a business context.
- Demonstrated track record in delivering quality, on-time business solutions to a diverse customer base.
- SQL or FoxPro database experience.
- Strong customer relations, time management, and organizational skills.
