Associate Social Producer
About the role

We're looking for an Associate Social Producer to partner closely with Senior Producers and Account Managers to own day-to-day production for always-on social content while supporting larger integrated campaigns. Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day production for always-on social content from kickoff through delivery.
- Independently produce recurring social shoots, including recipe shoots, reactive content, and other organic productions.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, call sheets, and shoot logistics.
- Coordinate vendors, talent, creators, freelancers, and production partners.
- Keep projects on track by managing timelines, workbacks, and cross-functional communication.
- Ensure the proper usage considerations are being applied across talent, music, etc.
- Own postproduction workflows, including Frame.io review cycles, revisions, and final delivery.
- Maintain production trackers and workflows in Airtable.
- Partner with Strategy, Creative, and Social teams to align production with content calendars and business priorities.
- Support vendor onboarding, estimating, purchase orders, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- Look for opportunities to improve production workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency, including using AI tools where they make sense.
- Participate in client and internal status meetings and help communicate production updates.
- Support Senior Producers on larger integrated productions while taking ownership of always-on workstreams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of production or project management experience in an agency, production company, or brand environment with experience producing digital and social content, specifically video content.
Skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with production budgeting, timelines, and production logistics.
- Familiarity with Airtable, Frame.io, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; you enjoy building processes, solving problems, and keeping teams organized.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working across creative, strategy, account, and production teams.
- Excited to learn from Senior Producers while taking ownership of your own work.
- Experience producing creator, food, or lifestyle content (bonus).
- Existing network of freelance crew or production vendors (bonus).
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and workflow automation (bonus).
- A genuine love and passion for video production.
Pay
Compensation varies by location. Hourly salary ranges for this role are as follows:
- California: $26.39 to $63.13
- Cleveland: $24.42 to $50.48
- Colorado: $26.39 to $54.52
- District of Columbia: $28.08 to $58.08
- Illinois: $24.42 to $54.52
- Maine: $22.45 to $46.44
- Maryland: $26.39 to $54.52
- Massachusetts: $26.39 to $58.08
- Minnesota: $26.39 to $54.52
- New York: $24.42 to $63.13
- New Jersey: $28.08 to $63.13
- Virginia: $24.42 to $58.08
