Associate Site Security Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Security alarms and CCTV equipment
• Recognize client's security policies and procedures as they apply to all U.S. and foreign national visitors
• Greet all incoming visitors and assign appropriate badge to comply with the client's Intellectual Property Protection policies
• Handle all incoming/outgoing rental car contracts, working with preferred suppliers
• Respond appropriately to all emergency phone calls and alerts
• Varying clerical duties as necessary

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information concerning product process relative to company business

Education/Certification/Experience Requirements

• Above average computer skills to master client security system, intranet and shared files
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must be able to manually lift and handle a nominal weight of 25kgs (55lbs)
• Required to stand up some of the working day with some walking as needed
