- Influence strategy across a large, multi-state healthcare organization
- Work on meaningful legal matters that directly support people and communities
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Government Relations
- Join a mission-driven organization where your work truly matters

- Serve as a trusted legal advisor supporting day-to-day operational decisions.
- Partner closely with Compliance and Risk on regulatory matters, Medicaid program integrity, and managed care organization (MCO) inquiries.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of healthcare agreements, vendor contracts, leases, and operational contracts.
- Oversee litigation and coordinate with outside counsel, insurance carriers, and risk management.
- Support corporate governance, including board resolutions, annual filings, and governance documentation.
- Partner with External Affairs to analyze proposed legislation and assess organizational impact.
- Support legal due diligence for strategic initiatives and transactions.
- Present legal guidance and emerging regulatory issues to senior leaders across the organization.
Requirements

- Experience negotiating healthcare contracts and advising business leaders
- The ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business guidance
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to leadership and partnership
Qualities of Successful Candidates
- You enjoy building relationships.
