Job Summary
Introba is seeking an Associate, Senior Architect to join our growing team in St. Louis. The role involves providing architectural design and construction administration services, collaborating with clients, and overseeing project activities.
Responsibilities
- Research, plan, design, and administer building projects
- Develop building and site designs, evaluate materials and systems, and present designs to clients
- Coordinate project components, prepare submittals, assist in obtaining permits, and manage construction administration
- Assist in project close-out, maintain project files, and oversee construction procurement
- Administer agreements, monitor budgets, and mentor staff
- Oversee project schedules and communicate effectively with project team members
- Prepare and update project schedules, identify milestones, and establish staffing needs
- Represent the client during construction administration and oversee project close-out
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience
- Registration Required; NCARB Desired
- Diversified market experience, including government and healthcare experience
- Broad exposure to various building types and project delivery methods
- Proficient to advanced in Revit (current version 2025)
- Intermediate to proficient in AutoCAD
- Experience developing specifications using MasterSpec format
- Proficiency in report writing and design analysis narratives
- Ability to edit PDF documents in Bluebeam
- General support software skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, OneDrive, Construct, and Teams
- Enscape or similar 3D modeling software experience
- Experience with UFGS criteria for federal projects
