As an Associate Engineer in LAUNCH (internally known as an Associate Technical Consultant), you will begin with a 3‑month training program in our Security practice and, upon completion, have the opportunity to work on client projects based on skillset, personal interest, and business needs.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Security Solutions: Cyber Security, IAM, Zero Trust, etc.
• Any of the following preferred but not required: Security+, CCNA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, etc.
• Willingness to travel to support client projects and shadowing opportunities (50+% of the time)
• Existing U.S. work authorization is required
• Graduated with a degree in technical discipline by 1/11/2027
• Prior intern, co‑op, or research experience in IT, software, or relevant field is a plus
• Successful completion in a technical‑related bootcamp
• Working knowledge of Data Center

Pay

$80,000 - $88,000 a year. The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On‑Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
