Associate Scientist

Responsibilities

• Execute and analyze experiments with minimal supervision.
• Work with human samples, including PBMCs and whole blood, using established protocols.
• Generate, document, interpret, and communicate data while ensuring strong data quality.
• Optimize assays, troubleshoot experiments, and operate key lab platforms in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Support biomarker discovery using human samples in a highly collaborative laboratory environment. Contribute to high-quality, reproducible data generation, careful documentation, and strong experimental execution.

Requirements

• BS in Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience.
• Strong hands-on lab skills and experience working with human samples.
• Experience with flow cytometry, Luminex, ELISA, cell culture, RNA extraction, qPCR, and basic data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience.

Skills

• Hands-on laboratory skills.
• Experience with human sample handling and analysis.
