About the role
KPMG is seeking an Associate for our SAP Finance R2R team within the Consulting practice. This role involves participating in SAP projects focused on strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for SAP applications.
Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization for IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity.
- Engage in SAP business process mapping.
- Support day-to-day activities of ERP advisory engagements, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews for a variety of clients.
- Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in SAP implementation or SAP business process improvement, specifically in finance and the Record to Report (R2R) process; experience in the Industrial Manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
- Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in operations, systems evaluation, and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future (KPMG will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity).
