Associate Sample Coordinator - 3rd Shift/Overnights (Wed - Sun)

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards in a laboratory setting.
• Stand for full shift and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.).
• Perform inventory tracking procedures such as receipt, check-in, login, labeling, inventory, transport, check-out, etc.
• Communicate task status to supervisor and appropriate laboratory staff.
• Train on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory guidelines, and storage requirements.
• Support response to environmental unit alarms and participate in on-call responsibilities.
• Accurately perform daily work assignments in a safe manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience: 0 years required.
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
• Time management skills.
• Clear and accurate documentation according to SOPs.
• Written and oral communication skills.
• Collaborative team environment.
