About the role
Join our team as an Associate Sales Representative, Spares for the KONE Moline, IL area. Manage daily email communications, cross-reference materials, create quotations, and ensure timely submissions to customers. Facilitate smooth customer interactions and contribute to the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Communicate via email, interpret requests, cross-reference parts, create quotations
- Review and respond to shared voicemail box messages daily
- Review and respond to quotations submitted to shared mailbox and escalate as necessary
- Review various job folder listing tickets (including bill of materials) to identify spare parts
Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of relevant sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred
- SAP experience highly desirable
- Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft products
- Strong interpersonal communication and team building skills
- Strong organizational skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Pay
The hiring range for this role is $62,700 – $82,320. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
