We are now seeking a motivated Associate Sales Representative: Roofing to join our growing family.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary plus commission structure with anticipated annual earnings of $45,000-$60,000
- Weekly payroll
- Company vehicle and fuel card provided for business-related travel

What You Will Do
- Develop expertise in residential roofing solutions
- Work directly with homeowners to identify their needs and recommend appropriate services
- Learn industry best practices, roofing system components, inspection procedures, and effective sales strategies through hands-on training and mentorship
- Meet with prospective customers
- Evaluate roofing conditions
- Gather measurements and project information
- Prepare estimates
- Conduct virtual and in-person consultations regarding repair or replacement options
- Stay current on roofing products, installation methods, and market trends
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ethical sales practices
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn
- The ability to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at elevated heights
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history
- Ability to successfully complete a background screening and pre-employment drug test
- Flexibility to work overtime, including two Saturdays per month during the busy season
- Experience working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Safety and navigation skills to safely navigate ladders to assess project requirements
