Associate Sales Representative – Reconstruction (Montana)
About the role
Support the Reconstruction sales team across your assigned Montana territory and hospital accounts. Coordinate surgical cases including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring product availability. Provide technical support in the operating room by observing procedures and guiding surgical teams on instrumentation and implants. Build trusted relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key stakeholders. Collaborate with teammates to execute territory plans and deliver revenue growth. Manage logistics and administrative responsibilities with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Support the Reconstruction sales team across your assigned Montana territory and hospital accounts
- Cook up surgical cases including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring product availability
- Provide technical support in the operating room by observing procedures and guiding surgical teams on instrumentation and implants
- Build trusted relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with teammates to execute territory plans and deliver revenue growth
- Manage logistics and administrative responsibilities with strong attention to detail
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience preferred
- Strong ability to learn and apply complex clinical and technical information
- Proven relationship building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and adaptable to changing schedules including early mornings and evenings
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong team mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory including 2 to 4 overnights per month
Qualifications
- Must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of healthcare facilities supported
