Associate Sales Representative - Point of Care (Atlanta)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within Atlanta, GA metro.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups.
• Executing policy/strategy with an in-depth understanding of key business drivers.
• Understanding how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Using prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
• Using multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
• Communicating with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• Providing informal guidance to new team members.
• Explaining complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in medical device, or capital equipment or healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
