Associate Sales Representative - Point of Care (Atlanta)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within Atlanta, GA metro.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups.
- Executing policy/strategy with an in-depth understanding of key business drivers.
- Understanding how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Using prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
- Using multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- Communicating with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Providing informal guidance to new team members.
- Explaining complex information to others in straightforward situations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in medical device, or capital equipment or healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
