About the role
Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative or a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This position is based in Cincinnati, Dayton and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to SOPs, policies, processes and compliance guidelines, ensuring knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Establish, develop, and maintain successful business partnerships with targeted health care providers (HCPs) and staff within the assigned territory.
- Conduct office visits to increase awareness among medical professionals through appropriate scientific information and educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to establish and execute a specific action plan for the assigned region, achieving defined territory and sales goals.
- Support product promotion activities for the company's portfolio of branded products, delivering approved messaging and materials with professionalism, accuracy, and compliance.
- Document all field activity in the CRM system and manage territory metrics as required.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and ride-alongs for ongoing development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher education.
- Demonstrated interest in sales, healthcare, or business development with a self-motivated and competitive spirit.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and effectively communicate scientific and medical information to external customers.
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Planning, organization, and time management skills, including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.
- Valid US drivers license and clean driving record.
PREFERRED
- Prior experience in a leadership or leadership development-based role.
- Prior experience in a sales or management development program.
Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
- Bachelor's degree or higher education and at least 1 year of sales experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, business-to-business (B2B), capital equipment, medical device, or related industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully and independently growing and managing a territory.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and develop strategic and actionable business plans.
- Experience conducting successful consultative, solutions-oriented sales calls.
- Excellent presentation skills and experience.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and effectively communicate scientific and medical information to external customers.
- Scientific and business acumen.
- Valid US drivers license and clean driving record.
Anticipated Salary Range
- Associate Sales Rep: $65,000 to $85,000/year.
- Pharmaceutical Sales Rep: $90,000 to $105,000/year.
