Associate Sales Representative, Ophthalmology, Atlanta, GA
Job Purpose
The Associate Sales Representative - Ophthalmology is responsible for driving revenue of Corza products in existing and new customers in acute and non-acute settings. This role involves supporting the sales process, providing in-service and technical support to customers, and working with the Field Sales Team on customer management.
What You Will Do
- Drive revenue of Corza products in existing and new customers in acute and non-acute settings.
- Support clinical trials, cross-sell, and upsell the Corza Medical portfolio.
- Regularly in-service current customers to ensure a healthy purchasing cycle.
- Work with existing Territory Managers to increase sales.
- Partner with Territory Managers and adhere to assigned administrative duties.
- Provide feedback on customers, competitors, promotional programs, and environmental changes.
- Communicate regularly with Director of Sales and provide feedback.
- Perform administrative and clinical support tasks in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with surgical and support staff.
- Manage the sales cycle at all levels within targeted accounts.
- Attend trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings as needed.
- Understand and comply with applicable customer policies, HIPAA, and vendor requirements.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum 2+ years experience.
- 1-2 years' operating room sales/medical device experience is required.
- Ophthalmology experience is a plus.
- B2B selling experience, within med device or related fields preferred.
- Proficient with CRM platform (Salesforce.com).
- Highly organized and has very effective time management skills.
- Highly customer focused.
- Excellent selling and presentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including strong listening skills.
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organizational levels.
- Up to 25% overnight travel domestically within territory (depending on candidate’s location within region).
- Must live within the Atlanta, GA area.
- This role requires meeting the hospital credentialing requirements.

Benefits
Corza Medical offers a competitive benefits package including medical, 401K, vacation and sick time, paternal leave and other benefits. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000 total compensation (salary + comp plan). Further, pay is offered based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant’s job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications, and certain degrees.
