Associate Sales Representative - North Boston/New Hampshire - Peripheral Vascular

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Aids Sales Representatives in marketing, promoting, and selling Stryker Peripheral Vascular products.
• Edits and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel about the proper use and maintenance of Stryker PV products, product functionality, and updates.
• Tailors Stryker PV’s promotional message based on customer knowledge, advises on appropriate product selection, answers customer questions about product functionality, and distinguishes products from competitors.
• Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Assists in preparing and operating trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.
• Updates regional managers on territory progress regularly.
• Solves product problems for customers promptly.
• Manages and maintains a sample inventory of products.
• Understands and adheres to OR and pertinent OSHA guidelines during product evaluations.
• Adheres strictly to GMP policies and procedures as stipulated by the FDA.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• No less than 0 years in an outside sales position (medical-related fields preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
• In-field training.
• Successful completion of in-house product training program.
• Computer training.
• Valid driver's license.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

• Able to communicate with large groups of people.
• Able to negotiate price and terms of transactions between Stryker and its customers.
• Able to solve customer complaints and questions.
• Command of all products, including functionality, features, and differentiators from competitors.
• Able to analyze territory market potential and prioritize call patterns.

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Up to 20% overnight travel annually.

PAY & BENEFITS

Sales Base + bonus: $90,000.00 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
